CHAPTER STRUCTURE

Chapters may be formed under New Egypt Group, Inc., but are not separately incorporated. Each chapter may have its own president, vice president, board, fundraising tools, and bank account. However, all chapters must follow the national organizations policies and branding. Chapters operate under the EIN and legal structure of New Egypt Group and are subject to national oversight.
